Ohioans age 60 or older and Ohio residents age 18-59 with a disability are eligible for the Golden Buckeye Card.
If you recently moved to Ohio and are over age 60, you will need to apply for a Golden Buckeye card at a participating sign-up site. These include PCDL Branches. Call ahead before you go to make sure they are open and have applications on-hand. To demonstrate your eligibility, please bring your Ohio Driver License or State of Ohio ID card.
