Randolph Library Renovation Closure - Frequently Asked Questions

- When will the Randolph Library be closed?

The Randolph Library will be closed for renovations starting on Thursday, November 19 with plans to reopen on Wednesday, December 16.

- Will I be able to place holds for pick-up at the Randolph Library?

The Randolph Library will not be available as a location to pick up holdds. However, the Randolph, Rootstown & Brimfield Express Boxes, as well as the Brimfield Library.

- Can I return my materials to the Randolph Library?

The outside Randolph Book Drop will still be open for anyone to return their materials. The Book Drop will be emptied periodically. You can also return materials to the Brimfield Library during this time.

- Can I still access Digital Services?

Digital libraries (e-books, audiobooks, databases, and online research tools) generally remain 100% active for cardholders. Find more information here: https://www.portagelibrary.org/downloads.
