Registered yoga teacher Ann Gilmore, will share some simple poses that can help with flexibility, strength and rejuvenation of gardeners' body. The class will be held outside if weather permits.
Ann will also teach how to warm up and cool down from gardening activities.
As with any exercises, participants are advised to check with their doctor before attending the class. They are also advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. We will have some mats available as well, in case somebody doesn't own one.
Ann Gilmore is an ecologist, certified yoga teacher and gardener, passionate about sharing her love of nature and growing things with her community.
