This month, we will delve into The Sun Does Shine by Anthony Ray Hinton. Copies of this title will be on display at the Aurora Library and available for checkout. This event is intended for adults. Registration is required.

The Sun Does Shine is the unforgettable true story of Anthony Ray Hinton, a man who spent 30 years on death row for a crime he didn’t commit—and never gave up hope. Wrongfully convicted in Alabama with no money and no chance in a biased system, Hinton endured unimaginable injustice, yet chose to live with grace, courage, and even joy. With the help of civil rights attorney Bryan Stevenson, he was finally freed, and now shares his powerful journey of survival, love, and the life-changing power of hope.
