Prepare to light your way on the darkest night of the year with hand-poured intention candles, fire-starter cakes and custom-made ice luminaries! Limited to 12 seats.

As we reach the shortest day and longest night of the year, celebrate the coming light at the library! In this hands-on, practical-crafting session, we'll make spice-infused candles, wax-and-nature fire-starting pucks and molds to create custom outdoor luminaries for your walkway. We'll also discuss winter solstice traditions and the wisdom of Wintering as described by Katherine May. (This is not a book club, but extra discussion potential if you've already read the book!). This event is intended for adults.
