Exploring Geocaching
Thursday, June 11
1:00pm - 3:00pm
Kids will learn about geocaching and make their own. Their geocaches will then be hidden around the park for all to enjoy searching for. Limited to 20 children. Registration required.
Children will learn about geocaching, create one to be used here in the park and library, and will, weather permitting, help hide them around the park. They will receive some trinkets they can use to exchange in case they go out and do geocaching in the public. We also will have one hidden (with treats inside) and the children will use clues to help them find it to give them a taste of real geocache hunting. Intended for children 5-12. Please register and make us aware of any allergies.
