Pick up a Revolutionary Roadmap at Garrettsville reference and read through classic literature, documents, speeches & poetry. Celebrate 250 years of American literature with us on Aug. 22. Limit 25.

This is an adult self-led program. Read some, or read all. Read as many months as you're able. From June to December, participants will read one (or more) of the books or pamphlets selected for each decade and celebrate the highlights on August 22. Registration is suggested so Revolutionary Roadmaps can be made available in advance. Materials will be distributed with a timeline, the decades represented, and with suggestions for you to choose from for your personalized revolutionary read journey, and your own documentation chart for notes. Two open house style celebrations where you can share your favorite revolutionary reads will be held midway (August) and near the end of the year (December). You will also earn entries for ongoing prizes and for the Grand Prize.
